Jefferson University Hospital Er

A year later after my grandparents visit in the ER for almost 12 hours, my mother is currently there in a hallway waiting to go back to rehab. She was originally there for an X-ray& cat-scan on her knee due to a fall, was told she was going home by one doctor and then was told she’s staying by another doctor, when you ask the nurses they don’t know one way or the other… then now all of a sudden she needs an ultrasound… where was the ultrasound when she was first got there today at 1-2pm??? I’m not understanding, it’s now 836. My mom just wants to get better and walk again, the runaround with patients isn’t necessary or being left in a hallway unable to sleep and be comfortable. Once again if you want your family members to have clarity during their hospital stay or even visiting loved ones

On Friday 1/31/2020, my father RT, was rushed to this hospital with respiratory issues. I was so thankful for the team work and hard work the ER provided for my father. There was such good team work amongst the nurses. My father was taken to ICU within 3 hours after being stabilized in the ER. The nurses that took care of my father while being hospitalized, I can’t thank you guys enough. Not excluding the ER docs for they’re hard work and quick thinking. This hospital has changed so much from when I had my daughter here 30 years ago. Thank you Jefferson Health System for such outstanding work.

They took my son's info, his pain is was an 8and is getting worse. I went and asked if there was some where he could lay down and wait and triage person went from nice to nasty. Why tell us to let you know if pain gets worse so you can be a nasty witch? I used to volunteer here and if I ever spoke to people the way this "paid" person spoke to me, I would have been told to leave. In addition to this display of incompetence, my son was in a coma 3 days later diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor and suffered a stroke due to extreme intacranial pressure during transport from Inspira who did CT Scan we tried to get at Kennedy. My son almost died and is now permanently disabled and can not walk, talk, read or write anymore at age 26. Bang up job Kennedy, poster child for everything wrong wit

Horrible place to take your children. Waited 2 and half hours for my 4 year old to be put on a stretcher in the hallway when he's breathing heavy and has a fever. Been waiting another hour and no-one has come to check on him or get his temp or do his triage or anything. There were empty rooms and they put him in the damn hallway. The vending machines are sold out and no-one will give u or ur thirsty child a damn drink. This is the worse visit ever and I won't be coming back here you guys sucks specially for a pediatric patient

Horrible place. Took over 4 hours to call transport to another hospital because they kept insisting on waiting for things multiple doctors from other facilities said not to worry about. When it was the entire reason we were even there. And only 1 out of 5 nurses we saw was remotely pleasant.
