Jefferson Pharmacy

I recently attempted to call in an antibiotic prescription for a patient at your pharmacy. Unfortunately, I encountered significant difficulty with the staff member who answered the phone, who was uncooperative and unprofessional in their communication. Due to this interaction, I was compelled to send the prescription to CVS instead. While I prefer supporting local pharmacies, the quality of customer service plays a crucial role in my prescribing decisions. I hope this feedback can help improve future interactions with healthcare providers.

Sharing this in hopes that whoever is managing the pharmacy puts some procedures in place to fix this. I am a local girl who very much likes to keep her business as local as possible to support my neighbors and keep jobs local. Although my insurance has a program where I could get my RX for free, I use the pharmacy and pay the copay on the meds to support local people having jobs and our local economy. However, consistently over the past year I have had issues here. One of the staff members should not have any interaction with the customers because either she is intentionally rude, or she lacks customer service skills. Much like an earlier review, someone in my family was treated with open suspicion when picking up her dogs anxiety meds there. In my case, it seems like every time I call o

the pharmacy is excellent. i love irts just a pharmacy and that their fucus and not a food court like the cvhaines. ther staff is exccellent andf the parmacists couldnt be nicer and more compitent.lived in jeff 545 years and this is the best the pharmacy has ever been. its one of the STAR business in town that keep the community here and well.

A true hometown pharmacy. Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name and they're always glad you came, and Jeff Pharmacy is it. Definitely beats big box pharmacies any day.

Shockingly bad customer service, my doctor moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy as it was a closer drive. As soon as I called I was interrogated and treated like a criminal, why in the world would you change your pharmacy? I was asked, when I explained it was something my doctor suggested I got put on hold. I suspect these other 5 star reviews are either from a time when there were different staff or they're fake. Stear clear from this pharmacy as you will likely be met with vile customer service.
