Jefferson Pediatrics and Dr. Veerula’s office have been an absolute blessing to our family. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Dr. Veerula takes the time to truly listen, never rushes appointments, and explains things in a way that makes you feel confident and at ease as a parent. The entire staff is compassionate, patient, and wonderful with children. You can tell they truly care about their patients and families, not just medically but personally as well. The Dr and staff gave excellent attention to our Childs needs. We especially appreciated the clean office and wholistic care.

First off, I’m just going to be transparent- there’s a chance you’re going to have to wait a while to be seen. But after being here a few times, I’ve noticed that that is because they actually takes the time to genuinely help each patient and they don’t rush them. You may have to wait, but once it’s your turn they’re going to sit with you and dedicate time with you as well! I had a laser frenectomy done here a few months ango and they did a great job! They are truly such nice and caring Doctors. I will say that that they could stand to put some money back into the office itself and update some things, but other than that their bedside manner outweighs that and I would recommend them to anyone!

We just had a check up with nurse practitioner Brittany and really recommend her!! Our boys are 10 and 2 and she makes it so easy and fun, especially with our busy 2 year old. Totally settled the nerves our youngest had about the visit and now he’s excited for his next check up :) very reassuring to any questions you have

When my daughter had blood work done, they waited over a month before I had received the results. When I received the results they had sent for he wrong blood work. Every week I would call about the results and they would say they would call me back and not get back with me. I waited about 6 weeks for blood work results the 2nd time and finally the last time I called and they said results were in. One time a staff member from the office called me on a separate occasion, and I missed the call and called them back. When I had called them back she had a condescending tone and said” I’m not going to connect you, just wait for them to call you back again.” A third occasion I had my children tested for strep because my husband had strep throat, and my children were sick with symptoms.
