Jefferson Park at Dandridge

I can’t say enough about the amazing care my father-in-law received during his stay at Jefferson Park. The staff truly went above and beyond—every interaction showed how much they genuinely cared. It gave our family peace of mind knowing he was in such compassionate and capable hands. We are forever grateful for the love and support shown to him during his time there.

I want to thank Jefferson park in Dandridge from social worker ladies to the wonderful nurses and staff to smokey mountain nurses Juan and Whitney And April Hall we love you All thank you for being so good to our mom not one complaint do we have you will forever in our hearts ❤️

Very rude staff nurses and supervisors on 3 hallway especially Ashlyn, Ashley, Ashton something of that nature. The blonde one with an attitude and Kim. The only nice CNA I found got fired from what I was told from staff, her name was Hannah or Anna not COMPELTELY sure. Absolutely would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. They get rid of the good ones and keep the rude ones who don’t do their jobs right for your family.

My dad’s health took an unexpected decline and needed hospice care. Jefferson Park Dandridge made a space for him quickly. The nurses provided diligent and kind care for the few hours he was there in his final moments. Our family loved the location, 10 minutes from our home. Thank you for accepting and taking care of our precious boy, John.

My mom is needing rehab and her insurance covers this facility and I know her insurance is changing come January but her doctor said she will be out before January 1st. Well when speaking with Ginger to get my mom admitted into this facility she was rude and would not even discuss taking mom b/c her new insurance is out of network….. She said everything but “Not my problem “ if you care for your relatives do not use this facility they care more about money and “not getting stuck” with a bill then they care about helping people get their lives back!
