Jefferson Health - Willow Grove

The process of having my testing done there was excellent. From the check in process to the testing, the staff was very polite, pleasant and friendly. The technician was professional and very friendly, putting all my fears to rest. My care was expedited quickly and efficiently.

Since I live in Elkins park, in the past when I would have to have any radiologic testing done usually I would go to Abington Hospital because it’s in Abington which is not far at all from my home, but when I called central scheduling to schedule my CT scan I was informed that Abington Hospital no longer do outpatient CT scans only inpatients so I had to use another facility which lead me to the Willow Grove diagnostic center but other than not being able to get it done closer to home the Willow Grove place was great. The personal there was great everything went well from the time I checked in until the scan was done. I would definitely go back to Willow Grove.

I had a great experience at radiology department. The lady who took my information went above and beyond. I thought I was supposed to get both legs xray but the script only had one so she contacted my doctor's office. Dr. Pentareddy sent a revised script right over. My doctor also goes above and beyond. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. The Breast Surgery Nurse Practioner, Molly is great. She explained everything well.

The staff was outstanding. Each person my dad interacted with was a true professional. Caring and personable providing a great experience for someone near 100 years old. The young lady that did the scan was incredibly caring and is truly in the right profession.

I had a great experience at the Jefferson-Solis mammography on Blair Mill Road. I arrived early and, after signing in electronically, I was almost immediately called to verify my identity and insurance information. Then, my name was called less than 2 minutes after that to go back to the dressing room. This place is efficient. All of the staff were wonderful: cheerful and helpful. The woman who did my mammogram then directed me to a separate waiting room to wait for my ultrasound. There are lots of halls and doors but everyone pleasantly made sure I got to where I needed to be. By the time I got to my car, I already had the mammography results. I am ready to schedule my next year's appointments at the same place.
