It's a place that's primarily, and above all, interested in money. I had a negative experience. I went there for treatment for my dog, and they were incredibly quick to process the payment paperwork. Speed ​​and efficiency for that, but not for the actual care. I arrived at 8 PM and received absolutely no attention until 12 AM. After four hours of waiting, I spoke to the person at the reception desk and complained that I had been waiting for four hours without any attention, and my pet was becoming increasingly dehydrated and getting worse. Despite my complaint, half an hour later, a woman finally attended to me and immediately, without even an X-ray or ultrasound, said my pet needed surgery. I flatly refused because I knew it wasn't necessary and opted for an ultrasound and blood tests

Dog was throwing up blood and as owners very scared for our dog. It was a very bad experience for us. This really seemed not about true care and just about money. The check in staff was nice but definitely lacked professionalism in emergency urgent care . Then they run a Parvo test on a 2 year old dog with none of the other symptoms that support that diagnosis. No initial blood work no anti nausea to control vomiting. Then comes the actual vet. Let me say this my dog growls at no one. Until her. She seemed agitated and aggressive and didn’t want to answer questions without suggesting I can take her somewhere else. I really think this lady should never deal with emergency situations. Basically cut us off from asking more questions to tell us we need to figure out our budget. We opted to le

They have been amazing through out the process of having to put our fur baby to rest. They got us back into a room quickly and never made us feel rushed. Putting our 6month old kitten down was an extremely hard decision for us and the vet they had that night made us feel more at ease with our extremely tough decision.

The staff was nice and cordial enough. But, what turned into a $7000.00 round of treatments for what should have been an uncomplicated procedure all I have to show for it is a dead cat. When I brought her home she was stumbling, barely able to use her hind legs. The attending Doctor told me the first operations anesthesia had caused a clot to form in her lungs and she might have between 3/6 months left. In reality it was 3 days. Can’t say I’m not bitter about the entire situation.
