Jefferson Advanced Wound Care & Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy – Sewell

I am not a patient! However I was picking up my husband from his shift at the hospital across the street. I had my little dog with me and I walked by the building and they had keys 🔑 n the door open! My husband walked all the way back after working a 12 hour shift to get security and bring the keys to them. After leaving a message on the main number as to where their keys are. The Director calls me this morning! Not nice, not grateful at all just mean! So next time I will leave it! Thank you Danielle for being so nice to my husband!

I have called multiple times for an appointment for my mother without success. I did speak to a gentleman named James who told me he couldn't make an appointment for me but he assured me someone who contact me to make said appointment. This did not occur so I called and left another message. Your voicemail states that if you don't answer the phone it is because you are caring for another patient, but REALLY??? Are you taking care of patients ALL day? You can't manage a two minute return call? My elderly mother is a diabetic with a non-healing leg wound and I'm done! I'll check out Inspira.

They are GREAT. They helped me get my life back. I can't say enough about them.
