We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Zarrick and JMA. From day one, she has been incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and caring. She takes the time to understand the full picture, answers every question with clarity and patience, and makes sure we leave the visit feeling reassured. I have been with this practice since the my daughter for born 6.5 years ago. Excellent care and service! Dr. Lai is a true professional and a wonderful person, very patient and attentive to everything you say, explaining everything in detail. The nursing and administrative staff are equally attentive and friendly. The place is very clean and easily accessible. We love this place and highly recommend it.

Our family had trusted JMA for over 23 years beginning when our now adult son was a newborn. On this particular visit our teenaged son needed care for an illness. We were please to schedule an appointment within an hour of our initial call and my son received the care he needed. We appreciated the easy check in process, the friendly nurse and doctor, both of whom took the time to run tests and answer all of our questions.

Great experience. I would highly recommend west Cary office! Doctor and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed when asking questions and she had plenty of questions to get to know my kiddo. Also for me too, so we could get the referrals we need to best help our family and child.
