My wife and I are first time parents of a child that had just come home from 46 long days in the NICU as a preemie, everyone at JMA has made this part of our sons life as pleasant as possible. Nurses and doctors are patient, confident, and great at answering appointments the questions! The reception team is extremely sweet and informative. 5/5 would recommend to any parent!

Take both my children here , have since birth. We see Dr.Herbert , hands down is a great doctor. I truly feel heard and supportive from all the staff ! From Nurses and doctors That we’ve met over the years. The staff at the front desk are just as great. Easy to get a sick appointment and be seen quickly. I honestly couldn’t imagine a better doctor’s office than this place.

My son had his annual well-child visit, and it was our first time seeing Dr. Munschauer. We were very pleased with the care he provided. My son has complex medical needs, and Dr. Munschauer took the time to thoroughly review his health history and offered support in various areas.

My daughter had a sick visit today. We meet NP Lynn Z & Ashley T, they were so pleasant to my child. We also encountered to nurses one was shadowing the other. Very unpleasant, a lot of awkward staring without saying anything, as if we were irritating them. During treatment my child became irritable and it was becoming painful. No sympathy, no bedside manners, just irritation as if we were going to give them something. Upon leaving normally the staff waves goodbye or well wishes of the patient to feel better. Not those two, again awkward stares. We’re new to this practice the next visit I hope to have better nurses than those two or we’ll have to find another provider.

We love JMA and always feel like staff at the front desk, nurses and doctors truly care about our children whether we are there for a sick visit or well check. They’re friendly and professional. They offer same day appointments for sick visits and a quick and easy process for checking in. Highly recommend!!
