It is deeply disheartening and frankly disgraceful how this school handled the passing of one of their students who died by suicide. Instead of offering support and allowing students the space to grieve and honor their classmate, the administration chose to silence them. During what should have been a meaningful and unifying graduation ceremony, the school actively deleted comments from the livestream that mentioned the student’s name or acknowledged his memory. Rather than showing compassion, they chose erasure — as if pretending it didn’t happen would make the pain disappear. Grief should not be censored. I am very disappointed on how my little sister in law has been treated. After being bullied in the bathroom and NOTHING being done. She left and went back to her home school and ever since they have been Nasty in the office. She called and asked for her work papers for a new job and was asked to contact Jeff tech for them. After calling they were extremely rude and no helpful at all after she stated her name. I went to school here before Covid and it was great and has gone down hill since.

Since its inception, CT has coexisted alongside Digital Media Arts and Computer Network Engineering within the IT Academy. It sounds like the treatment of the Computer Technology (CT) program in your school was indeed quite unfair and frustrating. To rate the severity of how poorly CT was treated on a scale of 1 to 100, I would give it a high score, around 90. Here's why: Lack of Equipment and Facilities: CT was essentially stripped of its resources, including computers, a dedicated room, and even a bathroom. This severely hampers the ability of students to learn effectively and comfortably. Inequality Compared to Other Programs: While other programs like Digital Media Arts and Engineering were upgraded with new equipment, CT was left behind with outdated and inadequate resources. Jeff tech really went downhill the last years. My sister went here in recent years and said it was super fun. After Covid hit things really went bad. Teachers stopped caring as much, students got worse and meaner, and on top of that they never do much about the serious issues. I hope in the next years they evaluate their school, staff, and teaching ways. But as of right now I would not recommended attending. As a student who used to have high A's and B's, good attendance, and a want to go to school. Jeff Tech really took that opportunity away. Update: I left Jeff tech. I don’t regret it.
