Jeff Davis Hospital

I am currently here waiting to be seen, I have not see the dr or a nurse in three hours. I was called to get a CT and that is it. When you go looking for someone because you have yet to be given medicine and you are in pain they look at you sideways. Also shift change was about two hopes ago, I don’t even know who my nurse was before then let alone now.

I want to think Jeff Davis Er for diagnosis me and now feel like a new person. Everyone showed perfect southern professionalism.

God forbid you will be taken to this emergency room. You will be forgotten, and won't get the treatment you came here for.

I am not giving this ER a review to be a critic and hurt them. I know that you do strive to help people and you were courteous to me. I just believe that if I give you my honest opinion then maybe this will help your judgement for better results with all patients. I have pinched nerves in the spine with the pain being bad enough that it hurts to move or even breathe. The doctor was on the right track of giving me something that I could tolerate being almost every common medication I am allergic to which causes sickness and rejection. The reason that it did not help me was the dosage for an adult is twice the amount or more than they give. So now I am back at home a few hours after with no relief at all and most likely I will not be able to lie still with this pain now.

I had the best experience with Jeff Davis Hospital. I went in to the emergency room with Afib. The staff worked quickly, efficiently, and with great care to get this situation under control. I was admitted for observation, and continued to receive excellent care. My room was clean and pleasant, the food was excellent, and every member of the staff was super nice and very caring. I am so grateful for our hospital, and proud of the excellence of care!
