Jeff Beasley Family Dentistry

Started out as wonderful and I loved the place, then the front office lady seemed to undergo an attitude transformation. I had issues with a bill for one of the kids. There was some issue on Medicaid side. She let me know to call and talk to them. I did & phoned her back letting her they said re-run it. The dentist office waited too long. So a few months down the road she became hostile with me about it. I naturally refused to pay it- I am sorry but your lack of promptness is not something I will pay for especially after doing my part. From then on, she was rude, argumentative and would actually hang up on me and refused to see anyone in my household. For me, it’s a no. I always wondered if Dr. Beasley knew how she treated me.

All I can say is this is the most thorough Dentistry office I have experienced in quite a while. The staff starting from the front door to the exam room are exemplary. For example on a new patient appointment I have never had search attention to detail. So much so that I brought my son and my best friend over.

Since Jeff Beasley left and Anderson the new owner runs it, this place is not the same. They call the day before your appointment to tell you they have to reschedule 4 to 5 months from your appointment date and that is unsatisfying to me. I will no longer be going to this dentist.

I’ve been trying to set my daughter up with an appointment as a new patient and I have been calling for 3 weeks now on various days and at various times and left tons of messages. No one has answered the phone or called me back. I even tried to make an appointment online but haven’t heard anything about it in 2 weeks.

Dr. Anderson explains issues very thoroughly so you can decide what route you want to take. All staff especially Ms. Stephanie is very helpful and courteous. They make you feel at home. Looking for a dentist, this is the place.
