Appointment went very smoothly. Equipment was new and worked great. Dr and associates were very pleasant and helpful. Great value highly recommend them for your next eye exam.

Very convenient times for scheduling with a friendly staff that walks you thru the process seamlessly. The only caveat is they do not accept insurance but will provide you an itemized receipt for reimbursement. Overall, it was a pleasant experience at a reasonable price.

I went to the Jaya Vision located in the East Lyme Costco. Got there about 15 minutes earlier cus I left early to try and beat afternoon traffic. I was immediately seen and the place was nice and clean. Staff was super friendly and the whole process was fast and easy. Had a small wait for the doctor to finish with another patient but it was nice afterwards. Great experience overall. If you need a quick eye exam, this is a good place to go.

Got an eye exam here and it went great. The staff was very friendly. Please note though that this independence optometrist does not currently accept any insurance. Only the Costco eye department does where you buy your glasses and contacts.

Very professional staff performed a comprehensive exam. The doctor was thorough and approachable. Overall the entire experience was pleasant, efficient, and interesting.
