Bertha, is very kind and friendly. She was very patiently helping me pick my frames, explain different choices, and get my measurements right.

Dr. Delacruz and the technician who examined me were both professional, friendly, explained everything that was happening and why, and made me feel comfortable. The exam was quick and painless. And I e ended up with a great prescription that will protect my eyes and help me see better. It was a wonderful experience.

Dr. Dela Cruz is awesome!! He’s funny and he truly cares about his patients. I told him I needed contacts and that I was running super low and he gave me a fresh set of my dailies for one week! Super caring and the lady who helped me at the front was very nice too

I'm really disappointed with the customer service at this place and don't understand how it has received such high reviews. I arrived early for my appointment and had pre-filled my forms, but the insurance details were slow to come through on their end. They began my eye appointment, but when we were nearly finished with all the tests, they asked me to step out, saying it was time for the next appointment. The earliest they could reschedule me was next week. Even if the insurance didn't go through, they could have at least offered me the option to pay out of pocket, but instead, they just asked me to leave. It was a complete waste of time, and I do not recommend this place.

This was my first time getting a prescription for eyeglasses. This staff is amazing! Every step of the way was outstanding! The initial exam, meeting with the doctor, and finally, picking out my frames and lenses. I couldn’t be happier. I will recommend this location to everyone I know. I will definitely return to this store for all of my ocular needs. Thank you so much!!!
