Jay Care Pharmacy

The Pharmacists here are so far above a 5 star rating! I can’t remember the last time I have felt so much kindness at a business. I’ve been there twice and each time I felt more like I was visiting a friend in a friendly place than just being another customer. CVS, Walgreens, Cooper’s, and the other pharmacies in Panama City should take lessons from this place about how to treat customers. It’s amazing how a positive experience as simple as being treated well at a pharmacy can just make your day! Thank you Jaycare Pharmacy. I am happy that I have found “my” pharmacy. I’m new to Panama City and this definitely helped to make me feel more like I am settling in to my new hometown.

Absolute worst. No comprehension that people work night shifts and sleep during the day and they’re awake at night. Unbelievable the unprofessionalism, is an act of Congress to get a prescription filled here.

I have been using Jay Care for several years now and I can tell you that more than a handful occasions probably two handfuls. I have had to take prescriptions in there that were different than what I normally take and Jay and his wife or his wife I should say Came around the counter and explained things in detail to me and that is such a feeling of a personable experience. It shows they care. I know that if I were to have any type of medication that could give me an a reaction or may not work as well as something else They will tell me I have had awesome time with being able to call and ask about a refill and not always because as we all know people get busy but I would say eight out of 10 times maybe nine out of 10 times. My husband and I will not even consider another pharmacy. The employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacist is always willing to give information on the medications. They also let you know when scripts are due. This is the best pharmacy in Panama City in my opinion.
