Jason Heaven, O.D.

Been using Dr. Heaven since he was at Pearl Vision by Perimeter. Friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. Have gotten many checkups & eyeglasses from him. The office checks your temperature and the staff wears masks. Patients have to wear masks as well. Most of the staff has been good. They have been going through a number of front office staff in the past few years. Some of them have been confrontational, argumentative, and rude. From losing files to incorrect orders and refusing to correct them. Adds a lot of stress to an otherwise good experience. I have seen a lot of professionals lose business over poor staff. Don't let that occur here.

I have been seeing Dr. Jason Heaven for many years for all of my vision needs. He is fully equipped with all the technology needed to provide the best vision care in Atlanta. It’s really a good feeling to walk into his office and be treated with respect and kindness. I have never ever felt like just a number when I’ve been there. They treat me like a human. Dr. Heaven along with his staff are always offering a smile. The wait has never been more than ten minutes to be seen for my eye exams. They have an excellent selection of affordable but high quality frames and when he orders my lenses for me, there are a myriad of options available regarding anti-glare coatings, transitions tinting, etc. He has a really excellent staff. And it’s pretty obvious that everyone there treats each other well
