I came into my appointment with Dr. Walters extremely scared. After a previous visit where my CAT scan couldn’t be reviewed and I wasn’t cleared to return to work, I spent the entire weekend worried that something might be seriously wrong or that I might need surgery. By the time I saw Dr. Walters that Tuesday, I was so nervous my hands were literally sweating. I had to wash them multiple times before he even came into the room because that’s how anxious I was. The staff member who first came in with my paperwork was incredibly kind and empathetic. Had a meniscus repair January 10 did well for about two weeks started having pain. Try to get an appointment to see Dr. Walter was not able to get in and was referred to go to the emergency room.a week later I was called and given an appointment I was injected with steroid only lasted for a couple of days I called again to make an appointment. The office refused to give me another appointment and requested that I go to the emergency room. This is twice that I was told to go to the emergency room. I explained the emergency room is not going to do anything but refer me back to Dr. Walters. They finally gave me an appointment Which I cancel. I saw another orthopedic surgeon Dr. Schrock. He repeated an MRI with show another torn meniscus and my knee required total right knee replacement. I do

My knee was really hurting for about 7 months. Some said I needed surgery, others said it was a torn meniscus, etc. All said to see an orthopedic Dr. I reluctantly went to Dr Walters. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and explained the issue in simple terms. I followed his instructions and my knee feels absolutely great. No more pain and it had much to due with weight loss and exercise. I really appreciate Dr. Walters and highly recommend him !

The Dr. Jason Walters seem to not care about me being in Chronic pain for years. I need a new hip and he wants a MRI. I believe it’s discrimination of some sort. I really don’t know but after all the waiting I did, his demeanor was more like he had no time. SMH I’m the one that doesn’t have time for meeting strangers for business matters concerning my very important health and brushed off like my time doesn’t matter. My Spirit says he deserves no stars . It took so much to get authorization and took 3 times heading there and getting nothing accomplished and the 3 time was the charm. He was not worth my time in getting authorization to see him. It is what it is, do better as human beings. You don’t want anyone wasting your time. I just hope I still don’t have to get a MRI. I’m writing this review on behalf of my dad who recently had a hip surgery done by the amazing DR. JASON WALTERS. We can’t thank you enough for the EXCEPTIONAL care you provide. The most THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL , CARING , EFFICIENT, PATIENT. I can go on forever! I’ve never met a doctor like him - BEYOND RECOMMENDED. Also wanted to point out how helpful and nice his staff is.
