I took my 2 year old grandson to her and she was very rude. Not very patient,rushing me to answer questions like I was there for no good reason. My grandson had viral bronchitis and she was nonchalant about the situation, but when my attitude changed she all of a sudden got professional. Let’s just say I’ll never go back to her and I don’t recommend anyone else to either. If you can’t treat all patients the same and like you would your own family then health care should not be your profession.
Dr Gaines was thorough. I took in discharge papers from a recent ER visit/hospital stay. She read through them and explained things that weren't told to me during my stay. She even helped to set up referral and follow ups wirh specialist. She really cares about her patients. Thank you.
Highly recommend Dr. Gaines. It’s nice having a home town girl back taking care of the people of Choctaw and surrounding counties.
