THE worst experience of my life. At my first appointment it was amazing and I loved the staff. My second appointment was for 5 fillings and 1 single root canal. This was 2 months ago. HE RUSHED through all of it as well. Not to mention it was only my top teeth that he did and they still to this day have cavities. May left molar filling fell within a month. Then I went to have it fixed and he didn’t even numb me to get the filling and has completely traumatized me! I suffer from severe toothaches and pain 24/7 living off ibuprofen every 3-4 hours. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to anyone whatsoever. Not even my worst enemy. Hands down if I could rate in the negative I would!!!! I’ll add a picture of my top teeth he “fixed.”

My husband and I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr.Jarrell. He was very rude to me when I was trying to ask questions. He did not let me finish any question and walked out and told the dental hygienist “You can talk to her”. I’ve never been treated like that by a healthcare professional. I was so upset. I was crying and understandably my husband was upset for the way that Dr.Jarrell had treated me. He told Dr.Jarrell that he needed to apologize he refused and told us to “go somewhere else”. I’ve worked in healthcare offices before and worked with many healthcare professionals and never seen anyone act so unprofessional. The whole experience was very upsetting. If you’re thinking about coming here please don’t let any healthcare professional make you feel wrong for asking questions.

If you care about the health of your teeth avoid here. Get another opinion and run. Dr. Jarrell told me I needed TEN FILLINGS. Sadly I let him do 3 of these before getting another opinion to which I find out I need NONE. Due to the terrible quality AND unnecessary work I have now had one root canal, done by a different dentist and I can feel myself on a way to another. Somehow I go from surface level fillings to losing my natural teeth. Not to mention this office trying to defraud my insurance for double payments. Avoid here at all costs. I now drive over an hour to a trustworthy dentist instead of just down the road because of how terrible this office is.

This place should have a 1 star review overall. Save your time and dental health from going here. Apparently, you can’t even ask questions regarding your own health to Mr “Dr. Jarrell” even when he is telling you you need stuff done to EIGHT of your teeth. He won’t explain and tells his dental hygienist to talk to you when you ask questions like you are some peasant he doesn’t have time for. Dr Jarrell, I’ve been to some busy dental offices, Ghareeb Dental for example, and not one qualified dentist at their practice acted like they didn’t have enough time for my questions and concerns. HUGE mistake even going anywhere else but Ghareeb. Save your time. Not necessarily your money, since they’re cheap. Should’ve been the first red flag. You get what you pay for folks!

I feel sorry for this dentist. The Office manager is rude and disrespectful. She does not think that it's important for you to have your records transferred to her office. They do not care about what the customer wants done with their past records or with thier future medical needs. This is not a place that you can trust.There's a reason that they are so short staffed.
