We would give Dr. Berger and his staff a ZERO if We could. Office staff is rude and unreasonable. We brought our four-year-old son there when he almost knocked his teeth out. Dr. Berger could not help and charged us $90 for about 10 minutes of nothing. We pleaded with him about the charges with no resolution, just pure attitude! No customer service. He didn’t recommend us to Pediatric Dentist or call Head so we could get help, he just took our money! We now owe $200 with late fees even though we’ve made payments. Completely rude office and office manager. Don’t go there!

Office staff very rude . Did not honor a coupon to recommend a new patient. Did not honor special for cleaning, X-rays and exam for new patient.

Been going there for about 10 years. Honest evaluations. Had everything from front teeth bridge to caps, crowns, etc.
