Janki Patel

Dr. Janki Patel was wonderful. It was my first time seeing her, she took all the time in the world with me. Explained everything, I did not feel rushed at all. She put my mind at ease. She was recommended by my GP and I could not recommend her highly enough to anybody else. The staff is also top-notch!

Doctor was 25 minutes late for my appointment. I overheard her chatting and having casual conversation with the staff while I waited. No apology for the wait time. I know doctors often run late, but a simple awareness that patients are waiting and an acknowledgment of the delay would go a long way. Thank you.

I was nervous when I first arrived, but the service was wonderful. Everyone made me feel so comfortable. The nurses and doctor were perfect.

Dr. Patel is a sweet and caring doctor. She and her team treated me like royalty.

Dr Patel came and met us in the hospital and she was on a hurry and received two phone call while she’s in the room and I believe unnecessary call, she spend less than 4 minutes with us and it considered unprofessional, distracting with another phone answering , she even didn’t put the order she promised to place it and did not answer a half of my questions and she wasn’t nice they she’s explained , I would not give even half star.
