The appointments for my son were great but billing and insurance is a nightmare. I asked them whether my insurance was covered and while they pushed to book several appointments into the future without actual confirmation and they convinced me that it “most likely” is covered while still actually pending verification. Very pushy about not cancelling appointments. EXTREMELY pushy where I had to call and argue about why am I being charged for appointment cancellations when we’re still pending insurance coverage confirmation. Turns out my insurance considered them out of network after I got the paperwork from insurance weeks later which also stated that they hadn’t provided all documentation requested and I was multiple appointments in. Katelyn and Ashley are the best speech pathologist at Janine Stein they are loving, welcoming,and make you feel like family. My children have grown so much from them my oldest has graduated out of there program and our youngest has been with them since he was 2 and has made vast improvements with his ability to communicate with everyone. We are forever indebted to these wonderful women.

This is a place of love, growth and understanding Katelynn and Ashley are the absolute the best. Not one but two of my sons lives will be changed for the better because of these beautiful women hard word concern and care. Truly amazing women that should be cherished.
