I can see why this physicians office has a 2 star rating. They office staff is so unorganized, rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment set on ZocDoc for a telehealth visit because I do not have transportation (had been waiting over a month for this appointment) I get a call mid afternoon the day before my appointment to let me know that even though I was able to set the appointment teleheath online they could only see me in person. Lol, what a joke. I told them the reason I set through Zocdoc was to be seen via teleheath! Receptionist kept saying ask my insurance if telehealth was accepted, I said sure it was! I use telehealth all the time to see other doctors. After all the hogwash and 20minute wait over the phone. The receptionist came back and said they unfortunately couldn't see

Don't have insurance and alway pay upfront before i see the doctor. They sent me fake bill 2 times. First time I had recipt in my car and they had to correct their mistake. Second time they sent me another scamming bill after 2 years. This isn't a doctor's office this place is scamming office. U go in and wait for 3 hours and see the doctor for 5 minutes and pay couple of hundreds and walk out and get another bill of $350..

Almost impossible to get in contact with a staff member thru the phone. Leave a voicemail but they never return the call. Billing is atrocious - I received duplicate bills for the same visit. Provider uses two different screen names and claims are denied due to "out-of-network" when they are in fact listed as "in-network" Additionally, the WALLS ARE SO THIN - I can hear EVERYTHING going on in another patient's appointment

Did not even get seen by this doctor, but this was the absolute worst customer service ever. I had to wait 3 and a half months just to be seen. Then the day comes to be seen, and her staff says that appointments for the insurance type I have (Teacher's Health Trust) is being pushed out again another couple of months. Very poor follow up. I drove from work to make it there on time. If I could give this person 0 stars for this medical office, then I would. I'm glad that I won't be seeing her because overall rating on Google is 2.5 stars. Doesn't seem like a physician that can be trusted.

Wow! Had a great experience with this office as a new patient today. Upon arriving I was greeted by the friendly, bubbly staff at the desk, who were so helpful, bubbly, and attentive. When I met Dr. Kwak-Tran, she immediately put me at ease by making me feel like my concerns were valid and being heard, which has been an issue with me with past doctors. She was incredibly thorough with me, and ensured that all of my concerns were addressed and had a plan of action. Not to mention she is incredibly personable and incredibly knowledgeable, and takes her time to explain medical concepts that are easy for patients to understand. It is evident that she genuinely cares for her patients, and her lovely staff just make a doctor visit a nice add on! Would recommend anyone who has the Culinary Health
