Jane and John Justin Patient Surgical Center

The new building a part of THR Harris Methodist. Very nice new and clean building. 2nd floor is the surgical waiting area. We were here on the weekend, there was not a front desk staff. There is a number to call pre-op/pacu area and a nurse will come get the family members. They allow 2 family members back with the patient. In the waiting area they got a nourishment area with coffee and water. Also a vending machine. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Tons of space to sit around.

How does anyone give this place 5 stars? Sure the location is great and Beautiful but the staff is incompetent and don't care about their patients at all. Lack of communication, lack of actually attempting to fix problems, lack of accountability... The irresponsibility of this staff cost my father his life. And I will forever regret not transferring him locations before he passed.

Very good hospital and first class medical staff but of the hospital security guards of the lighter complexion are racist and disrespectful. I am not complaining formally because my father is in treatment at this hospital but I hope someone from the hospital management team sees this. This security guard thinks he is a cop and racially profiling. I hope the security staff undergoes some type of diversity training..

Excellent hospital! And a lot of technology! But what I liked the most is the human quality of the doctors and nurses and secretaries and assistants! Very attentive and very friendly. They treated my wife in a very responsible and respectful way. I was shocked by the people here, they are very kind!

My mother was just released from there thank God. It was the worst experience ever. Never knew where her nurses were or what medicine she was being given. The food was terrible. No communication at all. They just want a turn over. We made arrangements for transport to the rehabilitation center and when she left they kept her personal belongings. Do yourself a favor and try to go somewhere else if possible.
