Grumpy, rude, I mean RUDE. Took my daughter to see him because she will be starting school soon. Right when he called her name, i knew there was something odd about this Alfred guy. We walk into his office, then tells my daughter to sit down in a very rude way. Then tells her to pull up her hair because he isn't going to get a good pressure reading if her hair is in the way (In a rude manner). The entire time, he was grumpy, and the way he talked to us as if we were an inconvenience. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, and maybe he was having a bad day, so I asked him whether there's a promotion in the essentials dept for prescriptions. He just looked at me with an undumbfounding stare and says, "No, there is no promotion." He then gets up, walks to the exit and opens the door w

This optometrist is not responsible to patients. He has very bad attitude. He doesn't take patient seriously and no good manner. If you go to see him, he is with sullen face and not even bother to dilate your eyes and not exam your eyes carefully. He didn't even provide full eye prescriptions to the patient. I don't recommend patients to see him. I went to see him yesterday but he is not nice and only took him less than 6 minutes to exam my eyes. I need to find his manager or director to report about him.

Had an appointment with him today. Was very kind and helpful.
