Jamie M. Jordan, MD - Children's Primary Care Medical Group

Dr. Jordan has been the primary pediatrician for 5 years and she’s been great with our older kid. We recently have a new baby and have been seeing her as well. She seems to have a very hands-off approach when it comes to infant issues. She told us meds and supplements don’t work and babies will outgrow their issues. The problem however was that our baby was in pain and struggled with feeding and staying awake. While we respect her professional opinion, we feel our concerns were not adequately addressed during the appointments. She did get us referral for specialist and we were able second opinion and the doctor immediately prescribed medications. We feel things could have been easier if she could more carefully listen to our concerns, be more responsive and help us address the issues direc

The receptionist had a horrible attitude with in front of my daughter, they rescheduled my appointment , without notifying me , I get to my appointment, as soon as i go inside with my daughter, the lady tells me you have to reschedule, I said why my appointment was at this time , she said no we rescheduled it for earlier time I said I didn’t receive any information on that , she said well you have rescheduled, we are all booked for today, I said but well that’s not my fault yall reschedule without me getting notified

Very Profational staff and great Doctors Dr, page and Jamie Jordan is taking care of our children over 10 years, all doctors are knowledgeable and great with kids we recommend them.to all our friends and family.
