I had to help out a friend of mine with post outpatient procedure transportation arrangements and emotional support. The facility is great. The recovery nurses were attentive and communicated diligently to coordinate timely pick up. 🏥⚕️

Dr. Nation and the ENTIRE team were absolutely outstanding. I’m so impressed with the level of care I received. I had an outpatient foot surgery on 1/9/2026 at the Pavilion. The facility is run like a Swiss watch. From the moment I spoke to the receptionist at the check-in, to the moment I was wheeled outside to pickup after the surgery, it was absolute perfection. I was made to feel like a VIP by everyone, from the said receptionist to the surgeon. The staff was professional, friendly, and highly competent. I never experienced such organization in a hospital. I'm in awe how well run this facility is.

I was scheduled wrong twice for my pre-anesthesia intake and missed the call both times because I wasn’t available. I was able to call back in time for the second missed call and had to do the call while I was getting ready to leave the house for another appointment. The person I spoke with about rescheduling their first mistake apologized and said she said she would put a note in my chart for 11/18 on when to call cause I only had an hour of free time from 4-5pm. Minutes after I got off the phone I saw she scheduled me for 8-10 am, I (wrongfully) assumed that she left a note like stated and I didn’t worry about the time that was there. Of course I got a phone call at 9 am. The nurse didn’t even apologize once for the inconvenience like the first staff member did.

I had surgery here today and everyone from the receptionist to the anesthesiologist to the recovery room staff to the nurse who deposited me into my car was professional, courteous and compassionate! I have had surgery at Sharp facilities before and this was by far the best experience yet! I am going to try to find out how to give individual props tomorrow!
