I have gone to James pharmacy for years! That have always gone above and beyond! From delivery and consultation... To their amazing customer service! My children love to go, excited about the amazing art and snacks that are always ready for purchase. Will continue with them for life🙏

I have been going to this pharmacy for YEARS. They deliver. They will call to let you know it is ready. The driver was always nice. A small pharmacy with a big heart. Jim is one of my favorites. I absolutely love it. It's like family when you go in. I love it. Oh and the new wall work. Amazing, the kids love it too

The very BEST Pharmacy in Toledo. The people there are so awesome and caring. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone gets the medicine that they need. The staff is so understanding and friendly. I felt like I was talking to someone in my family.

GOOD LUCK GETTING THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I've been calling for over two hours , pressed "0" to leave a voicemail and it does NOTHING but continue to play elevator music. 🚮 COMPLETE TRASH.

I moved back to Toledo a few weeks ago to my surprise The rite aid was closed down that I used before. My prescriptions to James pharmacy a week ago but my doctor didn't. I called back today to inquire about my prescriptions I said about three four words to the person on the phone and they knew exactly who I was and told me my prescriptions were ready. This is how you do service.
