James Miller Do PC

I was referred to here at Emerge Health and Wellness. I called to see if I could get an appointment. The front office lady was the most sweetest and kindest person that listen to me. My nurse listened to me and they got me in the next day. I was listen to and dr James Miller Treated very kindly and gave me very good advice. I am very satisfied by how my visit was. Sometimes it might be slow or busy but It wasn’t for me. They will make sure your needs are listened to. I’m gonna referre them to my great aunt. Glad they helped so much.

Dr Miller is a very good doctor been with him for many years he listens and is caring I know the wait is a little long but it is because he takes his time with each patient Thank you Dr. Miller for your service.

Very unprofessional, This office will only waste your time. They don’t answer calls, they don’t respond to voicemails, and they truly don’t respect their customers time. I would only recommend this office if you have literally nothing to do all day, and expect to not hear back from anyone, and if you have the patience level higher than a saint!

I really want to like going here, but they don’t value your time. I’ve been waiting for my blood results back for over two months now. I’ve called several times asking for them and they tell me “they will call whenever they get to it” which I’m starting to think might be never. I have waited three hours to see the doctor once. Every other time has been well over an hour wait. Today my appointment was at 2:30 and by 4 I decided to leave, because I still hadn’t even been called back yet. If it was once in a while I could understand, because things do happen, but it’s every time I come here and they don’t let you know it’s going to be a wait; which would be courteous. This is the third time I’ve left because waiting became too much. Whoever is in charge needs to hire more staff or stop taking
