James Ferguson

I had my first appointment with Dr Ferguson about 6 months ago, he is a very good doctor, took the time to explain everything to me, went over all test results. Very happy with my new Pulmonary Doctor!

This is not a commentary on the Dr, but rather how Rude and Unprofessional their office booking procedure is. Btw. this is part of corporate Care New England, so go figure. I booked an appointment with Dr Ferguson ( a Pulmonary specialist)back in the fall of 2023, for May 2024. They called me today to say the Dr is not going to be in their East Greenwich location that day, but I could see him in Pawtucket....sorry, but I live in the southern part of R.I. and that obviously doesn't work for me. The office worker informed me his next available for EG was August!!!!. Whenever this type of situation occurs, the patient who is being asked to rearrange their calendar is given first priority, even if it means the dr/office adds an extra 30 minutes to their day. I will most definitely be finding

Dr Ferguson is a great Dr but the staff is rude !! Cancel my appt then I have to wait months to reschedule!! If they cancel patients should be prioritized

Dr. Ferguson has been very helpful, patient and kind through all my recovery and is supportive with my condition I am now living with.

don't go to this doctor never see him because office is rude all they want is your money
