James Drug Store

We drive from out of town just to use James Drug Store. Excellent customer service and their always on point with their auto refills. I also enjoy seeing the familiar faces every month.

The staff is nice but the owners are very unprofessional and disrespectful 😠 they need to learn their manners and always know that the customers right and when your doctor sends in a medication that you have to take on a daily basis and you've been on it for years and they tried to refuse you and make up excuses for example they said that I was falling asleep when I had to a funeral to attend to so I had to drive 8-hour round trip then pick up my medicine cuz I needed it badly and then they lied and said that I had hit a pole which is impossible because my car is so low to the ground it would have tore the whole bumper and everything off on the bottom and if you look if you're ever there you cannot physically hit a pole without damaging other stuff as well because it's above concrete and i
