The best Dr I have ever met for my Si joint fusion, I had 2 other good Drs work on my Si joint for 4yrs and 5 failed surgeries, Dr Manzanares fixed the mess and it was a rough healing, took 16 months to get pain free, it was so bad the pain the 6 month’s after surgery I thought it, because I was pretty much pain free after surgery, then boom it all turned, to a pain level from a 1 to a 9 or 10, little did I know it was fusing the other screws, he had to leave behind from the other surgeries or he was afraid he would do more damage in removing them, then it was worth, what a great Dr, my nightmares is over, thank you Dr Manzanares is a big blessing, so sometimes healing really hurts bad, but this too shall pass!

I saw Dr Manzaneres to speak to him to get a recommendation on what my next steps were as a follow up on a 2 level lumbar spinal fusion which was done in 2015. I have been seeing pain management to treat pain. The pain was not completely eliminated after ablations and shots. Dr M said surgery was not an option as it was localized in only my lower back. He recommended taking Cosamin for glucosamine and prescribed Meloxicam for pain. He also gave me an order for PT. His background was Mayo Clinic and John Hopkins for training in spine treatments. Both programs are excellent! I strongly recommended him to get advice on your issues with your spine.

The doctor Manzanares was amazing, human and polite. He really take the time to explain about your injuries, he listened my concerns with attending and not writing or watching the computer and he looked medical options for me ! He is kind ! Definitely good experience!
