Customer Reviews
This dental office is exceptional! Every visit feels smooth and stress-free. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly committed to patient comfort. Scheduling is easy, wait times are minimal, and the office itself is spotless and welcoming. My dentist took the time to really listen and explain my options, which I appreciate. The assistants were gentle and made sure I stayed comfortable the entire time. You can tell everyone here takes pride in their work. I’m always impressed with the level of care I receive. I highly recommend this office to anyone who wants high-quality treatment and a team that genuinely cares about their patients.
I was very pleased to get a last minute appointment on a Sunday afternoon for a wisdom tooth removal appointment. When the phone line was busy someone from the office communicated through text which was extremely helpful. Dr. Arthur was personable and upfront. He took my wisdom tooth out in seconds !! Day 2 and I’ve got some swelling which is to be expected and some pain. I had to pay $200 for the X-rays because the insurance didn’t cover it. The convenience, promptness and professionalism was great.
I’ve never been more frustrated or disrespected at a medical office in my life. The front desk staff at 102-32 Jamaica Avenue Dental, specifically Stephanie, is the definition of unprofessional and incompetent. She has absolutely no business working in a healthcare setting. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was rude, dismissive, and careless. She acted like I was inconveniencing her by simply showing up for my scheduled appointment. Not only did she get my insurance information completely wrong, but when I tried to clarify, she cut me off mid-sentence and acted like I was the problem. She didn’t offer any help, didn’t answer questions properly, and made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful. What’s worse is that she clearly didn’t care about the patients or her responsibi
I would give ZERO stars if I could. My visit to this office was a nightmare from start to finish. First, let's talk about Stephanie, the receptionist. She was incredibly passive-aggressive and unprofessional. While I was waiting to be seen, I actually witnessed her leave another patient on hold for an absurdly long time. It was clear she had completely forgotten the person was even on the line, and when she finally returned, her tone was anything but apologetic. The rest of the staff was just as rude, and the waiting room was filled with patients openly complaining about long wait times, poor communication, and the overall unfriendly atmosphere. It was incredibly uncomfortable. To top it off, the office itself was disgusting. There were serious health and hygiene concerns. The waiting ar
I was in excruciating pain & I couldn’t wait for my tooth extraction surgery at another location. Thankfully I ran across this office on my insurance website and they were able to see me same day. Let me start by saying, to get a tooth pulled is never an easy thing. My anxiety was through the roof, but literally every step of the way, the staff that I had interacted with were so pleasant, patient and professional. From the front desk, to the dental assistants, to Dr. Arthur. All very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I received a deep cleaning before the extraction which I really appreciate because I felt safe knowing that they pride themselves in their work. It wasn’t just a yank and go. There was conversation, X-rays, cleaning and after care tips. The office was very clean, wai
