This place is a joke!!!!!!long story short I waited like two months to get approved through my insurance for my daughters procedure. This entire time no updates from them I would check in periodically. Finally I got a call from my child’s insurance to say the procedure is approved. So I called them they telling me that healthfirst approved it but didn’t pay them yet. Huh? First off i didn’t know that second off why would they pay if she didn’t even get an appointment or procedure yet? I’m confused!!!!!!!!! It was approved. So the trick is they want me to pay out of pocket why would I we have insurance that approved it. If you wanted up front money u should have told me that at the initial appointment. Instead you told me I have to wait for the authorization to be approved but when it’s ap

The operation was smooth and the doctor and nurses were friendly and professional. But I didn’t like the environment. The waiting room was packed with people and the waiting time was forever despite the fact that they confirmed the appointment at especial time. I waited 2 hours to get a consultation and another 2 hours until I got the operation. Beside all, what made me disappointed was that the doctors didn’t come to visit the patients unless for the operation. All time, you are only in contact with a nurse. Nurses or assistants were going in and out as a mediator between doctors and patients.

The worst experience I ever had with a dentist, after waiting 6 plus hours just to see the oral surgeon just to be told I can’t get my tooth extracted without paying a hefty upfront price. Jamaica Dental is charging patients and then billing your insurance….after my third visit they wanted to take more X-rays and for what. There wasn’t any notes in my chart from past visits, no paper trail!!! I do not recommend them or their services!

The place was nice , doctor was kind and polite, know her work. Everything was good. But they can do better if they pick up call for making appointments. Or call them back if they are busy. Otherwise Everything here is good. I recommend this place for kids cause my daughter of 9 got good treatment over here. Thanks.

The visit and procedure of my tooth extraction was great. Professional staff with knowledge of my questions asked. The oral surgeon was very gentle and made me feel comfortable. Thank you!
