My wife and I both wanted to have Monica as our PCP because we both have had positive experiences with her. Monica tends to be pleasant, nice, and understanding. Unfortunately it has been multiple occasions where we both have had to see Sneh Jain because Monica hasn't been available when we have had to go in. From our experiences, Sneh has been nothing but rude, completely unpleasant and not understanding to any concerns. It seems she only cares about her practice receiving money and not about the care of her patients, especially ones who are younger. I never want to hear a doctor say "you're too young for that." My primary care doctor is Monica Jain but I booked an appt and got Sneh Jain. To say my experience was uncomfortable is putting it lightly.
