Genuinely so disappointed in the care she "provides". Dont go to her if you have any concerned about your mental health. So dismissive and rude about mental health. Honestly just talks to you as if she is better in every way. Doesnt help just seems like shes trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. Finding a diff doc asap.

Doctor Kibler was my mom’s doctor several years ago. My mom suffered from senility and was forgetting things on a regular basis. I came to visit my mom from Broward County and help her with her doctors visits as she was not doing well. On the last visits in Saint John’s to kibler’s office, I sat there while she began to admonish my mom in a very disrespectful manner because she had forgotten to take some medication. This was not the first time Kibler had spoken to my mom this way, but this time she was over the top. I saw how my mom was being quiet and sad and I then proceeded to tell kibler that I did not appreciate the tone of voice she was using on my mom. She was so disrespectful that I had to walk out of the room and ask if there was another doctor that could see my mom. At this poin

Dr. Kibler has been an amazing doctor for me. Not only is she very thorough, she is compassionate and supportive. I feel like my overall health & wellbeing is genuinely important to her and she often goes above & beyond in my care. She's easy to talk to, patient and empathetic. There is sometimes a bit of a wait when there for an appointment, but I know it's because she spends a lot of time with each patient and doesn't rush through things. For me, it's totally worth it. Overall, I have had positive experiences with the rest of the office staff as well. I have recommended Dr. Kibler to others and will continue to do so!

My wife, daughter, and I are no longer patients of Dr. Kibler because she fired us over a billing department issue. I went in for a meet a greet first visit with the physicians assistant because I wanted a physical. I had to do a meet and greet first. A month later, I get billed for a sick visit. Over several weeks of dealing with billing and the doctor's office, they took care of the bill because it was a billing mistake. A week later, we were no longer patients because we were fired. My wife and daughter have been patients of Dr. Kibler for several years now. She shouldn't have fired them over a billing mistake on my bill but she did. In my opinion and this is my opinion, this office is a scam and took revenge over their mistake that I caught them on. I would NOT recommend Dr. K

This office fired me as a patient for questioning a bill. The office billed incorrectly and then blamed me for questioning it. I just saw my new doctor so I could get my prescriptions refilled. They billed it as a well visit because I didn't come in for being sick. There are good doctors out there that bill fairly and treat you with respect. In my opinion this practice did neither. I also believe many of the good reviews are fakes just to increase their rating.
