My father was transitioned into Hospice at 61 years old. He had been seeing Dr. Nystrom for 15 years, since he moved to the area. He had an already standing appointment with Nystrom so he attended the appointment and because he is in hospice, she said to him "thanks for coming to goodbye", my dad responded with "are you going somewhere?" She said "no, you are". I was absolutely stunned. No bedside manner whatsoever. And why would anyone say that to a man dying well before his time. It highly upset my family and my father. Im absolutely stunned at the comment. I will be filing a formal complaint with the state.

My experience with Dr.Nystrom going a couple of years ago she was my first PCP in florida, she has been a professional experience doctor, she make sure your health is her number one priority she has always stay on top of my health concern making sure I get the correct medication. She is awesome 👌 Today my health has been excellent.

I do not recommend this practice or Dr. Nystrom, she used to be my primary doctor, at one physical appointment I had, I asked some questions and they charged my insurance double meaning a physical and a regular visit which obviously included a copayment since she had to address additional issues, and in my last appointment I went for a regular visit and she cut me short and said she couldn't answer all my questions because of the time after I waited 40 minutes to see her. Very disappointing

This practice is a good example of what makes big healthcare a pain. It takes forever to get an appointment, Dr Nystrom runs late, and then tries to cut your visit short (even the new patient appointment) or split it into multiple visits. Very odd style and personality that really isn't worth the pain when there are so many doctors in the area.

Had to wait close to an hr to see Dr Nystrom, but appt went well. She always listens, & gives me advice. She is on top of all my medical issues.
