I called to set a new patient appointment only to find out that Dr. English charges a $250.00 annual free to be a patient at her practice. I asked myself, I have insurance and a copay that I pay out, why would I pay an annual fee? I just felt like throwing up thinking is this what healthcare has come to? A typical doctor’s office see about 1000-3000 patients annually. She is charging $250.00 each patient annually out of pocket. If we use the low end of 1000 patients that is a total of $250,000 annually not including insurance claims filed. It was explained that this would provide more time with the doctor, personalized care, more transparency and would pay for her front end like paperwork. Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. English and I can’t even express how happy I am. She spent an hour with me to really get to know me, which is not very common with doctors. I have already recommended her to my entire family! I have heard only great reviews about Dr. English, and now I see why. I would also like to add that the office staff is a pleasure to speak with and really take the time to also listen to your concerns and answer all questions. What a delightful experience so far!

What a terrific experience! Had my first visit with Dr. English today. She was super thorough and I did not feel rushed as at most physician offices. Her assistant was very welcoming and I felt very comfortable. So happy to find a caring, local doctor.

Dr English is one of a kind! She takes the time to get to know you and cares about her patients. I feel very lucky to have her as my primary care doctor!

I cannot say enough about Dr. English and her team. I am a person who hated going to the doctor and never felt heard....I am eternally grateful for the healthcare that she provides for me and my family.... She is a complete blessing
