Jacobson & Tsou Orthodontics

While our overall experience has been good, I was disappointed during our recent visit with Dr. Jacobson. My 9-year-old son had a difficult time while braces were being placed on his upper teeth, and I sensed visible impatience from the doctor during the process. I understand that these appointments can be demanding, but when working with young children, patience and reassurance are especially important. The tone of the visit left me uncomfortable and unsure about continuing treatment. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that future interactions with young patients are handled with greater understanding.

Such a great place! Staff is amazing, doctors are amazing! It’s the kind of place you can tell is great from the second you walk through the doors just by the feel of the atmosphere. They made my son (who is autistic) feel welcome, safe, and answered all his questions. Dr. Jacobson and his team are superb!

We have been in coming to this office for a year. They are very efficient each time. The dentist made sure we understood the plan. The staff are amazing and kind.

Our first visit with Dr Jacobson and his team was truly a positive experience. They explain everything in clear language. Not only to me as the parent but my daughter as the patient. Highly recommend if you need orthodontist.

My son was apprehensive about any treatment after our visit to another orthodontist, but Dr. Jacobson cooled that apprehension and my son left JT Ortho with a can-do attitude. Dr. Jacobson took time to explain the proposed course of action and answer our questions.
