Best Doctor I have ever met, he takes the time to explain to you everything in simple words, he gives you his time & never make you feel he wanna move on to the next patient, very good listener & he is knowledgeable. no matter what you think of doctors once you meet this guy he will make you impressed. Thank you Jacob for been an amazing person & please keep up the good work

Excellent staff, with minimal waiting times. Office wasn’t too overcrowded or chaotic. My appt was at 3:30 and I was actually seen at 3:30. Jacob Bolz, PA-C was an excellent provider and truly went above and beyond. He was efficient and thorough throughout the entire visit and addressed every one of my concerns. I cannot recommend Dr. Azam’s office more. The level of professionalism was out of this world.

Highly recommended as a personable, communicative, knowledgeable, compassionate and comfortable professional in the medical field. He's answered all my questions, accommodated to my situations and often supplied more information than requested. Anything he didn't deal with, he had excellent recommendations for. I'd start with Bolz before exploring your options. Don't waste time and do it right from the start.

Jacob is attentive, knowledgeable and very personable; great guy. Some of the staff, less so.
