First time mom, my 4 week old baby just got her tongue a lip tie lasered this morning. Dr. Bright was very informative and nice. The procedure was very quick it took about 2 minutes. The building was clean and welcoming has many activities and things for kids to stay entertained. All of the staff were friendly and had great customer service. I live an hour and a half away and I would recommend this business. Someone even called to check on how she was doing after the procedure before we could even make it home I thought that was nice

Jacksonville tongue tie was such a blessing for our baby. As a first time mom, I took my newborn to be evaluated by Dr. Bright because I was having difficulties nursing. Dr. Bright immediately noticed my baby had a tongue and lip tie. After getting the procedure, my baby was able to nurse easily. I would highly recommend to any mom experiencing the same with their child.

Really enjoyed our experience here! We got treated for my 5 month olds lip and tongue tie. The staff is amazing and helpful all around. It is well worth the hour drive! They are happy to answer all questions and give you the best information and advice possible. They offer a room for you to feed your baby after the procedure, and make sure your child is comfortable. Dr. Bright and his staff took amazing care of my 6 week old who desperately needed some help with her mouth ties. We had been struggling since she was born with major gas and latch issues while nursing AND bottle feeding. The recovery itself was the most difficult part, but it only lasted about 3 days of discomfort for baby girl. It has been almost 2 weeks since my little one had her cheek, lip, and tongue tie lasered/released and I am so beyond grateful for this treatment because now my sweet girl is so much more comfortable all hours of the day and I don’t have to use gas drops/gripe water continuously. Cannot recommend this office enough!

From start to finish, we cannot say enough about Dr. Bright and his team. It is clear that they are knowledgeable and really care about their work and children. My infant and 2.5 year old both had tongue and lip ties. For both children, the procedures went smoothly. I noticed immediate improvement in breastfeeding my infant and we have not had any issues since. For our 2.5 year old, the procedure was more involved simply because he was older. From the office staff, to the anesthesiologist, to Dr. Bright, everyone was amazing. Each person took the time to answer our questions and on one occasion, Dr. Bright called us back himself to talk through the procedure rather than delegating it to another staff member.
