They don’t treat residence with dignity and claim that they can’t do stuff because they are understaffed. I understand being understaffed, but telling someone to shit Their diaper instead of giving them a bed pan or a commode is ridiculous and disgusting behavior

The staff is very good at letting us know any changes in my dad’s care. We haven’t been there very long but so far are pleased!

I went during visiting hours and I had the MDS coordinator come up to me and was yelling at me while residents were around. She stated that I was dressed highly inappropriate. Mind you I had athletic shorts on and a t-shirt. Residents were upset by her yelling. Poor management.

Dear Friends have just moved in and are settling in well. Your staff was friendly and helpful and we are so thankful for you.

There were issues when I arrived which were addressed immediately by staff and especially Michelle.
