Jackson Pediatric Associates

I love this place. Dr. Grant is an amazing doctor! I’ve been coming here for 2.5 years. I originally came here because I had a newborn, this place was 4 minutes from my home at the time, and they accept Medicaid. I’ve since moved, but make the commute because it’s worth it. All of the staff are super pleasant and Dr. Grant has no problem answering ANY questions you have.

Jackson Pediatrics on Hospital Drive is amazing . Everyone there is so nice and kind from the moment you walk in! Dr. Stephanie Monroe is simply amazing! I have been taking my son to her since he was a little baby and I am so glad! She truly listens to your concerns and throughly checks your child/children out and gives you step by step directions to follow to get your child back to feeling his/her best. I’m so thankful that my son has Dr. Monroe for his doctor, having a doctor that genuinely cares is something I truly cherish! My son and I both love Dr. Stephanie Monroe!

I love the care and treatment my girls receive at Jackson Pediatric. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave, this place treats you like gold! Nurse practitioner Monroe is a godsend. She takes the time with my girls and myself to listen to what we have to say. She is someone who will listen to my health concerns about my girls and respond appropriately that information. I can’t imagine taking them to anywhere else but Jackson Pediatric.

This clinic do not deserve any stars! I've been coming to Jackson Pediatric Associates for over 10 years; even when they moved. I've overlooked each and every time they were rude, nasty and even inconsiderate of my kids' needs. They are only friendly to individuals that are loud and obnoxious, cursing in front of children. Anyone with education and speaks with proper dialect is looked down upon. Dr. Dana Grant, Dr. Yolanda Wilson and only one nurse named Tasha are angels trapped in a demonic clinic. My daughter is very I'll and they treated us as if we were nothing. I wouldn't recommend a dead dog to this clinic and it's not even a veterinarian clinic. I pray those doctors and nurse go to other places they'll be appreciated.
