I cannot say enough about Jackson Orthodontist. I’ve always wanted straight teeth, and they made it happen! They are quick,efficient, and very kind. I’d like to say, the receptionist is awesome! I’m in nursing school and my schedule is always changing and unfortunately Doctors appointments are the last thing on my list! Almost every time I had to reschedule and she would work with me without any hesitation! 100% recommend for all your orthodontist needs!

Dr Jackson and his staff have taken care of our three children and we have had wonderful experiences with them all. The office staff are friendly and helpful and Dr Jackson is always so kind and knowledgeable! We appreciate the beautiful smiles.

Our family is 4th generation patients of the Jackson Orthodontic Clinic and would not think of using anyone else. We have always received excellent and compassionate care from both Dr. Jacksons, the father, son and their entire staff! They are all awesome!!!

Best orthodontist office ever! Dr Trey has the biggest heart and care for his profession & also the patients. The staff is also equally passionate and so sweet! My daughter completed Phase 1 treatment to help her early correct some issues to prevent larger ones later when adult teeth erupt. Not only did her confidence boost, but so did mine knowing she’ll have less complications later “if” she needs braces again. Not to mention the business has been standing for 50 years! Definitely recommend :)

In 2021, my daughters dentist recommend braces and referred us to Dr Jackson. To say we are Extremely disappointed in the treatment my daughter received would be an understatement. What was a mild case turned into 3 years only to be left with extremely flared teeth (no flaring at the beginning). Dr Jackson and staff were very defensive when confronted. Initially, we were told we were misdiagnosed (by his father as Dr Jackson was out on "medical" leave) and that she should have had teeth extracted which was never suggested. Then we were told that it was not misdiagnosed, they wouldn't have done anything different and they had just never seen anything like it. Also, my daughter probably just felt as if they were flared.
