Jackson Medical Mall

The MS Health Dept saw me pretty quickly, however, the dentist office located on the 2nd floor was extremely unprofessional. The student dentist did not double check her patient information and gave me another patient's medical report. She did not clarify if I was the patient on the form she handed me and just told me to go to a local pharmacy. I had to ask her if that was supposed to be me because it certainly was not. Her response, "that would have been ugly." Ma'am, please clock out and find a different field of study, because I feel where she is, she's only there for whatever money she would get. She was no help. Everything she told me, I had already told her, it was her just restating what I said in question form and her going to the actual license dentist to see what she should do. I

Not worth your time, offered no help. Gave antibiotics that did not help and refused to treat me because of the failed antibiotics they gave me. You’re better off dying than going to the medical mall in Jackson.

Very clean atmosphere, everyone is so pleasant when I visit for my appointments. I always enjoy the time there.

Very convenient, clean and accessible. The staff is very nice and has helped me so much during my cancer journey.
