Jackson Hinds Comprehensive Health Center

I had an amazing experience today at Jackson Hinds Comprehensive Health Center in Pearl. The staff was very professional and courteous. The environment was clean and provided for privacy. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. Dr. Rice is very knowledgeable, professional, and an expert in the field of OB-GYN. He has always been very caring and down to earth, never in a rush to answer your questions or concerns. His nurse has always been very attentive to any additional concerns and needs that I have had and follows up. There was a lady present to make sure that as a senior citizen, I was doing well. There was a questionnaire regarding social needs if someone needed additional assistance with basic needs. Truly it is a comprehensive health center. I gave a 5 Star Rating.

Hello. I have always been treated with fairness, respect and decency each time I've been a patient of Dr. Rosie McNair's medical facility. NP McLaurin is not only one of the most thoughtful, insightful and compassionate health care employees, she's also an outstanding person. Dr. Samuel Brown and his staff is the best Brown is one of the best doctor. I been to several doctors and they couldn't tell me nothing or fix my problem but brown and his staff work with me until I got straight. They the best.

I’m pregnant with my first baby and I had Dr Kesha Flantroy as my OB. She was wonderful and she was the best, however, the rest of the staff in the back are rude. I’ve called twice for concerns for this pregnancy and thr first time one of the staff told me to take milk of mag for my severe constipation and I asked what if it doesn’t work and she said it will. It never worked.. the 2nd time I couldn’t feel my baby move after 2 consecutive weeks of baby throwing parties in my belly.. baby stopped moving for 2 days and I freaked out an decided to call to see if I can come in and the lady that answered told me they can’t do anything I need to go to the hospital.. thy could have told me to come in to check to a heart beat or something. I spent 7hrs at the hospital and the er staff can’t do much

I am very glad Vicksburg, MS has this wonderful program in the Vicksburg area. This little facility offers so much to many who can not afford costly care. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable. The staff are polite and very helpful and kind. The rooms are kept very clean, uncluttered and provide mask and hand sanitizer. Overall, it's a much needed blessing to Vicksburg.
