I’ve been using JHC for more than 14 yrs and the care that I receive is remarkable. Every time I have a crisis they’re on top of it immediately. The Staff as a whole is Magnificent. Thanks for all that you do.

The doctor, nurses and staff are all extremely nice and caring. The nurse actually called me and gave me my test results, and I didn't have to call them. It was very easy to get an appointment and they scheduled my test all in the same day. Also easy to check patient information on their portal.

Each time I go for a new procedure or test, the staff and technicians are always so kind and gentle. They explain what they’re doing and why they need to do it. I had some of the same procedures they do leave bruises at other facilities but not here! I will continue to use them as long as I have heart issues and highly recommend it for anyone who wants kind, caring patient care!

Doctors, nurses, and all support staff are professional and concerned about providing the best medical care for each patient. I am very thankful to be under the care of excellent providers.

Normally we have had a good experience here, however, today was totally different. The tech, Amber, who did my mom's echo was the rudest person we have ever dealt with here. I wanted to go back for the test with my mother. Shes 89, hard of hearing, blind, and losing cognitive and physical abilities. At first Amber fought us about it. I very politely insisted and she let me back, but wanted to make sure we knew she wasn't happy about it. Once we got to the room, thats where the full blown attitude started. If we are ever assigned to her again we will walk out. Completely unacceptable. They said they dont allow family back into the room due to H.I.P.A.A but forcing me to explain my mothers disabilities in a waiting room full of people seems like a bigger H.I.P.A.A. violation to me.
