Dr. Jackson is a great doctor. He has an awesome bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. Although I do not like the eye exam process. He and his staff makes the experience tolerable. I would recommend his services if you are needing your eyes value and managed.

I can honestly say it’s the first time in the 47 years that I have been wearing glasses that a doctor never ever even looked at my eyes at all. Now he’s nice and so is staff but I left with feeling like I couldn’t see as good as possible. Machines and a very fast eye exam by assistant and that was it. He walked in said eyes look good & tweaking that right eye a bit. I have a brand of contacts for you to try bc I said my eyes fee like sandpaper. He was in and out in under 2-3 minutes. Contacts don’t come in the brand he wanted with my prescription so they are ordering a different kind, but I don’t know if they informed Dr.Jackson. I called back to his assistant and ask for my PD for my glasses told to call contact department they told me to call doctor so I called glasses department, said c

Premier Medical and Dr. Jackson were so patient and kind with my 86 year old Mother in Law. They were very thorough and took the extra time to explain her condition. Highly recommend Dr. Jackson.

Dr. Jackson is the best!!! He found that my prescription was wrong, fixed me to where I could see better again!! I had used him before, but moved to the Tuscaloosa area, found another optometrist, but realized I already had a great Doc in Mobile, so glad I came back, thanks again to Dr. Jackson and his staff!!! Always attention to detail!!!

Dr. Jackson took me in as a walk-in and I can’t say how much I appreciated it. He was very knowledgeable about my situation and his staff were wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone.
