Jackson Dental Associates

Once again, I really appreciate Dr. Jackson and her associates for their dental services. I was given a step by step plan of what needed to be done and thanks to their partnership with Curtis V Cooper Clinic, my dental visits were handled well and accordingly. Thanks to this dentist, I feel way more comfortable and confident when I smile. :)

After my old dentist retired(Dr .McNaughton),I found myself needing a dentist that I can trust,& feel comfortable with. Well I found him. The waiting area is nice,clean,recent reading material,& T.V.'s to occupy the short amount of time you'll be waiting . Once in the chair I was AMAZED at how confident,and gentle Dr.Jackson extracted my tooth. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist,with a pleasant experience. And in return I've found myself a new dentist !!

So unprofessional!! They literally called me at 9:11 (as I’m driving to my 9:30 appointment) to tell me that my appointment needs to be rescheduled because the dentist is not in. I’m like...I just need a cleaning. The assistant can do that. “Well ma’am Dr. Jackson was scheduled to do that” THEN GET SOMEONE ELSE THATS THERE TO DO IT!!!! A complete inconvenience. Did not understand that at all!! Made no sense. And this happens the day before I’m supposed to get my braces. So now I have to reschedule THAT appointment because I can’t my braces put on until I have a cleaning. DO NOT RECOMMEND! This is the third time they’ve done something like this and I’m DONE! I will be taking my business with me and my children elsewhere!!! So dumb.

Had a wonderful experience today, for my cleaning with Mila. Everyone was nice, and I felt that Dr. Jackson genuinely cared about me and did not see me as just another patient or number - thank you so much!

Dr. Jackson and his staff made me feel like family. They are very professional and put u at ease. I will definitely go back.
