Minor procedure in the office. Excellent service and staff were very friendly. Dr. explained everything in detail, staffed followed up multiple times to check on me. I would highly recommend.

Had to find a urologist for a vasectomy. Getting in with Dr. Cassell was fast and easy. Him and his staff were so helpful throughout the process. I had no pain and a really great recovery.

I'm a newer patient of Dr. Cassell, he was referred to me by my primary care physician. Dr. Cassell has helped me tremendously. After a diagnosis, and a procedure completed at the outpatient surgery center, I'm as good as new and feel great. His staff is excellent, and caring. Any time they said they'd "call me back" for a follow-up or to set up an appointment regarding the procedure, they indeed did that. The doctor spends time with you, never rushes you through an appointment and you feel informed as you should be. I would recommend Dr. Cassell to anyone, he is a true professional who is easy to speak to and offers you his full attention. I'm extremely happy to call him my urologist.

I went to this Dr office as a referral from my primary doctor. I went a few times at first I had noticed he wasn't really paying attention to what my symptoms were.They scheduled an in office procedure about a month later that made my symptoms worse. At that time I was selling cars and he asked if I could help him sell his Mercedes. That was no issue at all but when it came time for the Dr to take his car up to the dealer he didn't show. 2 weeks later he text me one morning while I was sick and because I didn't message back immediately he got upset. My insurance has never been an issue! My primary Dr takes it and when he sent me to Dr Cassel they did too. After the mess with the car I got a 3000 bill in the mail and they said they couldn't take my insurance. All in all this was my worst ex
